Overview
The mission of the Biomedical Informatics and Artificial Intelligence Training Program (BMI&AI) is to prepare trainees to become outstanding leaders in biomedical informatics research, education and practice, through world-class training with a focus on the development and application of AI and computing methods for biomedical problems.

Research Advisors
The research advisors are faculty who bring expertise across the full spectrum of biomedical informatics and AI methods, conducting research in clinical, population health, translational, and imaging informatics applied to diverse biomedical and clinical domains.
Funding
Our biomedical informatics training program has been supported by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) through a T15 institutional training grant since 1987.
