Biography
Dr. Dhivyaa Rajasundaram is a Research Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Director of the Bioinformatics Core at the University of Pittsburgh. Her work focuses on developing and applying bioinformatics pipelines for multi-omics data analysis in the context of pediatric and complex diseases, supporting both investigator-initiated and collaborative research programs.
Research Interests
Dr. Rajasundaram leads the Bioinformatics Core at UPMC Children’s Hospital, developing and deploying computational pipelines for RNA-seq, single-cell, and multi-omics data analysis, applied to pediatric diseases including inflammatory conditions, cancer, and developmental disorders.
