Pitt and UPMC to Participate in Million Person Precision Medicine Study
The University of Pittsburgh and UPMC are collaborating with the National Institute of Health to launch open enrollment for the All of Us Pennsylvania Research Program, part of the national All of Us Research Program, which is an effort to eliminate ‘one-size-fits-all’ medicine. Experts in precision medicine data including Shyam VIsweswaran, MD, PhD, Associate Professor of Biomedical Informatics will be part of this collaboration impacting the future of health care.
