Research Interests

Personalizing cancer therapy.

Currently thinking about the identification, representation, integration, and systematic analysis of publicly-available clinical trial datasets. Also intrigued by trial design, statistics, machine learning, text mining, simulation and modelling, in vitro chemosensitivity testing, cancer biology, and caBIG.
