Research Interests

Kevin McDade is currently working with Roger Day to understand the challenges in annotation mapping between protein and mRNA counterparts as they apply to proteomics data analysis. Preliminary data analysis is under way, and we are looking forward to further developing the project into a publication and a program method for future researchers to match these annotations more accurately and efficiently. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at Chatham University and enrolled half time in DBMI.
