Research Interests

Computational Proteomics:
Application of Machine Learning and other computational techniques in analysis of MS and Tandem MS data; specifically, as applied to the protein identification problem and protein-protein interactions.

Informatics of computational vaccine design: Prediction of antigen (TCR) binding a given epitope by sequence and structural analysis of known binders, in order to reduce complexity of search space and also to explain cross-reactivity.
